Tromsø, is located above the Arctic Circle is a major cultural center. I’ve been to Tromsø five times and you’ll be surprised at how wonderful this city is. You can see the Northern Lights during the winter and the Midnight Sun during the summer months. The Artic Circle Cathedral pictured below was built in 1965 which can be seen throughout the city. Be sure to attend any concerts that are being held at the Cathedral. Listening to the organ is a real treat!
