Trollstigen is part of Norwegian County Road 63 that connects the town of Åndalsnes in Rauma and the village of Valldal in Norddal Municipality. It’s a UNESCO find and I highly recommend a visit: https://www.visitnorway.com/listings/trollstigen-the-troll-s-road/5937/
